MEDIUM ROAST | Cane Sugar | Sweet Apple | Light Chocolate

Lots of great coffees come from the Huila growing region in Colombia and this was our favorite selection for a medium-light roast highlighting natural flavors of cane sugar & sweet apple with a nice light chocolaty finish. This fully washed lot has complexity worthy for highlighting the nuances using pourover methods, but also makes a great daily cup of drip.

The coffee is amazing, delicious and as described.

I loved the customized message handwritten to me and I loved the contribution they are making out of each sale to the V Foundation for Cancer Research.

This is called Impact investment, were the business has social and environmental impact while doing business.

Disappointing

A bit flat, not a lot of flavor. Almost no aroma upon opening the bag. Doesn’t come close to the same Colombian whole bean from Royal Cup, and neither one can hold a candle to the Sella Dorado I used to get in Colombia.
