With a somewhat courser grind (50-55 on an xbloom), this roast is off the scales. Strawberry and rhubarb notes way up front. More subtle wine tones as stated in the bag. Worth your money.

Jade has been a labor of love at Magnolia Coffee. We designed Jade to be a versatile espresso that is great on its own and delicately shines through in milk. This is an exceptional espresso. For cafe quality, dose 18 grams to extract 36 grams espresso in 30 seconds for the super sweet spot.
