This is a very well balanced Ethiopian, with just the right amount of acidity. The ordering process through to delivery was flawless!

these beans produce an excellent cup of coffee. Far superior to generic Ethiopian Yirgachefe although a bit more expensive

Is very good coffee the taste is like the description start with a little sour and a end with a smooth chocolate flavor, I love it.

If you’re on the fence about this coffee, just do it, you’ll be glad you did!

very good coffee

I've had multiple lots of this coffee (and a Gera Estate washed from another roaster back in '22) over 3yrs now and it's always an elegantly composed brew. This latest no exception. The intensity and complexity of an anaerobic absent unpleasant fermentation artifacts. Nothing wildly out of place or overly assertive in the cup. One my two favorite Ethiopian anaerobics ever.

This is a solid daily drinker. Smooth and full of flavor!

We really enjoyed this coffee. The whole bean and ground coffee fragrance were fantastic! It was a very clean cup with berry sweetness as the cup cools the melon came forth.
We were sad to get to the end of the bag, would definitely buy again.

Bright acidity on the top of the cup. Lots of sweetness coming forward as the coffee cooled. Pink lemonade. I really enjoyed this coffee. Drank it all up and short order.

I love coffee, and have several favorite roasts and roasters - like to switch off during the day! But I am always looking for The One, the one with a dark cherry and deep chocolate tasting notes, that has a rich mouthfeel, and smooth finish - and here it is! Can't say enough about this one, smooth, deep, and so darned good.
