Rated Top 10 Coffee of the Year! (Coffee Review, 2025) An exceptional natural-processed, heirloom variety from the Bombe Village in the Sidama region. We look forward to the new crop every year and this year's lot tastes extra special. We taste strawberry shortcake or strawberries & cream, layered with tropical and sweet citrus fruits with underlying tones of vanilla & cocoa powder. This is a wonderfully delicious and complex coffee. This coffee should be enjoyed pure with no additives as the natural fruit tones provide an amazing cup.
"A superb natural-processed Sidama - vivid, balanced and exuberantly sweet, marrying tropical fruit depth with refined structure. An excellent value." (Coffee Review, Nov 2025)

Great coffee, with a soft after taste even good for cold brew IMO

Magnolia is my go to roster
For going on 20 years, I have been a fan of natural processed coffees. Magnolia Coffee Roasters do an exceptional job of finding and roasting the best natural process coffees. This is another example of why they have become my go to roasters! An exceptional coffee that literally bursts with flavor as the cup cools.

I am a big fan of Ethiopia coffee
I am a big fan of Ethiopia coffee. While my pallet is not as refined as the people who wrote the description, I love the smooth taste, mouthfeel and the long linger. I am able to tease out the strawberry. I would purchase this again. You should as well.

I'm not sure how/why coffeereview.com gave this 96 points. It's OK, but for the money there are plenty of other options that I would rate higher. No matter what brewing variables I altered when brewing this Ethiopia Durato Bombe Natural with either Aeropress or Hario V60, the results never delivered near the wow factor that Magnolia's Ethiopia Worka Sakaro Natural does.
I really enjoyed this one. This is going to sound like a weird description, but what I wanna say is this Coffee was “lip smacking good.”Another winner. Keep up the good work.
Hands down one of the best Costa Rican Coffee I’ve ever had nice light roast I highly recommend it great price wonderful coffee company I’ve had some of their other stuff as well and it’s excellent
The flavor notes on this coffee are fairly muted compared to other Ethiopian beans I have tried(from Magnolia & other roasters). Personally I prefer the more traditional berry-forward flavors from Ethiopian beans. Brewed with both Aeropress & Hario Switch.
Not only is this one of the best coffees I’ve had, the small business behind it is just as impressive. I stumbled on Magnolia Coffee while going down a Reddit rabbit hole, and their Jade espresso blend caught my attention. Turns out they’re highly rated and just two miles from me. Got a chance to talk to the owner and their master roaster. Great people and an even better product.

Delicious Coffee!
I love their Papua New Guinea single origins. It’s a delicious daily drinker. Makes a great French press, Iced Coffee and I’ve pulled excellent espresso shots with it too. Highly recommend.
