A three roast blend of washed single estate coffees from Papua New Guinea & Costa Rica with a touch of our Ethiopia Bombe Natural. Wonderful notes of chocolate, brown sugar & black cherry. This is a winner. A balanced medium roast perfect for drinking every day - any time of day using multiple brew methods. Yields amazing chocolate and caramel notes as espresso.

Recommended brew ratio:

We recommend a 1:16 coffee to water ratio for drip.
We recommend a 1:2 coffee to water ratio for espresso.
A dose of 18 grams to extract 36 grams espresso in 30 seconds is a nice sweet spot.
