This is a fruit-forward natural processed coffeee for you home connoisseurs.
We taste ripe berries like strawberry, followed by plum with hints of baking spices like nutmeg. This coffee has a lightly sweet, lingering finish. It’s a natural processed coffee but not fermenty tasting at all — so it has some really nice characteristics similar to honey-processed coffees. If you are new to the world of natural processed coffees, the coffees are dried in the coffee cherry which allows the beans to absorb additional sugars and flavors, resulting in a cup with more fruity or jammy flavor profiles. These coffees are crafted to be enjoyed with no additives!
