Order Terms

Minimum order

Retail Cases: 2 cases (6 bags each). Bulk: no case minimum, 2-bag minimum per coffee on mix-and-match.

Retail add-on to bulk

Add 12oz case coffees to any bulk order — minimum 2 per coffee, no full case required.

Payment terms

Prepay first 3 orders (card, no processing fee), then Net 15 on approved credit.

Freshness

Roasted to order. Retail ships 2–3 business days (Tue–Fri); bulk ships next business day (Tue–Fri). Fri–Sun orders roast & ship the following Tuesday.

Free shipping

On orders $200+ (about 4 retail cases). Otherwise $12 flat.
