DARKER ROAST | Smooth | Dark chocolate | Decadent

Our decadent dark roast. This is a French Roast level for those looking for full body & roasty notes. Velvety & rich without the bitterness of over roasted darker coffees. We pair Papua New Guinea Kongo with a touch of Colombia for a dark roast to rave about.

Note: Since coffee is an agricultural product, subscriptions for single origin coffees may change based on availability. We always source similar taste profiles and notify of any upcoming changes.

Recommended brew ratio:

We recommend a 1:16 ratio coffee to water for drip and 1:2 ratio for espresso.
For cafe quality, dose 18 grams to extract 36 grams espresso in 30 seconds for the sweet spot.
