All claimed flavor notes are accounted for and delicious. I would only say that there's room for improvement on the claimed roast and a fuller profile would be accessed it were a half step closer to medium. Compared to other notable companies on coffee review that claim the same roast level of a small step above true light this is a true light. Light-medium naturals are 90% of what I drink FYI.
This is a delicious natural/dry processed Ethiopian heirloom coffee with great aroma and flavor evoking berries and red fruit. I have brewed as filter and espresso and it was so good that I ordered two more bags.
Delicious decaf, full body and rich. I will continue to get these beans in the future.
