DARK ROAST | Dark Chocolate, Dark Cherry

We've had so much love for our Papua New Guinea Kongo and so many inquiries for an additional dark roast that we combined the two! This dark roast yields notes of dark chocolate and dark red fruits with a much fuller body you'd expect from a French style roast - without any bitterness! Perfect for those looking for robust flavor and holds up well for you cream and sweetener lovers. Enjoy!

I found a new favorite!

I love coffee, and have several favorite roasts and roasters - like to switch off during the day! But I am always looking for The One, the one with a dark cherry and deep chocolate tasting notes, that has a rich mouthfeel, and smooth finish - and here it is! Can't say enough about this one, smooth, deep, and so darned good.

Papua New Guinea

The Papua New Guinea dark roast coffee is great. Smothe with subtle hints flavor. Its bold enough to standup to creamer. My Seattle friend said she is going to buy this coffee. I give it a 7 out of 10.

Dark Roast Spin on a wonderful Bean

I frequently transition from lighter and medium roasts to darker ones, and Papua New Guinea Dark is one of my favorites, particularly during the colder months. It brews into a warm, chocolatey, and thick beverage that envelops my cup, providing an energizing sensation akin to a comforting hug.

Best Coffee I've Ever Tasted

The perfect dark roast. No bitterness. No acid. Almost like a coffee flavored treat. This could be my "desert island" coffee, the one bean to rule them all!
