MEDIUM ROAST | Milk Chocolate | Cherry | Brown Sugar
We’ve sourced a new Brazil—no small feat in 2025. Brazil forms the foundation of many exceptional espressos, especially those crafted to shine with milk, making it a key component of both our Jade Espresso and award-winning Dreamlands Blend. This specialty-grade Brazil delivers the classic profile you expect from the origin, with notes of nutty milk chocolate. In our medium roasts, we also find brown sugar sweetness and a subtle cherry finish.
Legender is a blend of coffees grown across the distinctive micro-regions of Machado, Poço Fundo, and Campestre in Minas Gerais. While much of Brazil’s coffee comes from large estates, Legender takes a different path—produced by small farms known as sitios. Each lot is purchased directly from growers dedicated to quality and transparency, who share detailed insight into their farms, harvesting practices, and drying methods.
This is an excellent semi-washed (pulped natural) Brazil—approachable, balanced, and perfect for everyday enjoyment. It pairs beautifully with cream and also works well as a home espresso, though for espresso-focused drinks we still recommend our Jade Espresso or award-winning Dreamlands Blend.
Note: Since coffee is an agricultural product, subscriptions for single origin coffees may change based on availability. We always source similar taste profiles and notify of any upcoming changes.

This is a solid Brazil with the milk chocolate & lightly sweet nutty tones you’d expect from a well roasted Brazil. Also tried it as espresso and it’s really nice for homemade cortados and capps.

Enjoyable daily driver
This was a solid brew for me and something I could see myself having every day. Tasted best with a very coarse grind on my K-Ultra with a 3x bloom and then one long, slow pour.

It is not as good as the other Brazil
It is not as good as the other Brazil. I had it at my sister and brother in laws house over the holidays in Morehead City NC and was delicious! This is not quite as good but you are out of the other. :(

I really enjoyed this one. This is going to sound like a weird description, but what I wanna say is this Coffee was “lip smacking good.”Another winner. Keep up the good work.
Hands down one of the best Costa Rican Coffee I’ve ever had nice light roast I highly recommend it great price wonderful coffee company I’ve had some of their other stuff as well and it’s excellent
The flavor notes on this coffee are fairly muted compared to other Ethiopian beans I have tried(from Magnolia & other roasters). Personally I prefer the more traditional berry-forward flavors from Ethiopian beans. Brewed with both Aeropress & Hario Switch.
Not only is this one of the best coffees I’ve had, the small business behind it is just as impressive. I stumbled on Magnolia Coffee while going down a Reddit rabbit hole, and their Jade espresso blend caught my attention. Turns out they’re highly rated and just two miles from me. Got a chance to talk to the owner and their master roaster. Great people and an even better product.

Delicious Coffee!
I love their Papua New Guinea single origins. It’s a delicious daily drinker. Makes a great French press, Iced Coffee and I’ve pulled excellent espresso shots with it too. Highly recommend.
